Start strong with a 4-week challenge, then keep building over the next 2 months as you grow your confidence, refine your technique, and have fun mastering your heels foundations.

This is your transformative 3-month journey with the Indi Online Studio heels instructor team. Together, we’ve taught thousands of dancers and know exactly how to help you create strong basics, effortless flow, and confidence in your movement.

In Month 1, we prioritise your foundations with breakdown tutorials & sequences focused on heels fundamentals Indi, Love Cervere & Tia Jax. That you can easily connect into one full flow towards the end. Additionally you will receive on-demand content to help you build strength & refine your movement.  Be part of a supportive community of dancers growing alongside you & guidance from Indi & the Indi team.

warm up, stretch & strength

Before you start slinking, warm up your body with our guided warm-up and ankle conditioning session by Tati Blue. Always make sure to prep safely and feel prepared for what’s ahead.

In Month 2, we continue building on those foundations with a curated selection of on-demand tutorials, beginner-friendly classes, and a new choreo bundle from Tati Blue to explore. On your rest days, you can always dive into our off-pole tutorials to rest and stretch in between.

Heels & OFF-POLE tutorials

month 3: Unlock Your Flow

Month 3 is where things start to click, and your flow begins to feel more natural & connected. We will gently level up with more advanced tutorials & classes. Plus a new sequence bundle from me, Indi, to explore and play around with.
If you want to give your body a good stretch and increase your flexibility on your off days, you can dive into our off-pole tutorials.
