Slink Your Foundations is a 12-week guided program designed to transform how you move and feel dancing in heels.

Month 1: Slink YOUR FOUNDATIONS

Before you start slinking, warm up your body to feel prepared for what’s ahead. Try to aim for 2–3 pole sessions per week. Start with the tutorials and add the optional content if you feel like doing more.

Month 2: Strengthen your skills

For this month we have a brand new warm up, conditioning and cool down routine for you. As always be sure to prepare properly and feel ready for the content your are about to dive into.
