Slink Your Foundations is a 12-week journey to do just that! A program designed to transform how you move and feel dancing in your heels, so you finally feel effortless and at ease. The problem is not your effort, you’re just missing a structured approach. Learn from an international instructor team with more than 30 years of combined experience teaching heels.
Prioritise your foundations with breakdown tutorials & sequences focused on heels fundamentals by Indi, Love Cervere & Tia Jax. Additionally, you will receive on-demand content to help you build strength & refine your movement.
We continue building on those foundations with a curated selection of on-demand tutorials, beginner-friendly classes, and a new choreo bundle from Tati Blue to explore. On your rest days, you can always dive into our off-pole tutorials to reset and stretch in between.
Here is where things start to click, and your flow begins to feel more natural & connected. We will gently level up with more advanced tutorials & classes. Plus a new sequence bundle from me, Indi, to explore and play around with.

strong, confident & effortless heels flow
Before you start slinking, warm up your body with our guided Warm Up Flow and Tati Blue’s ankle conditioning session. Always make sure to prep safely and feel prepared for what’s ahead.
Ideally, we recommend focusing on one part per week. You can always add a live class to your schedule or a workout & flexibility tutorial for your off-pole/rest days. These are just suggestions; feel free to adapt and adjust to your liking, and do everything at your own pace. It’s important that you always listen to your body.
For this month we have a brand new warm up, conditioning and cool down routine for you. As always be sure to prepare properly and feel ready for the content your are about to dive into.
In order to strengthen your skills and make use of what you learned in the previous month, you’ll dive into a 3-part signature choreography by Tati Blue. Additionally, you can dive into another Slink your Foundations setup, where you can put all parts together in the end. These two options in themselves can be enough to focus on for the entire month. However, below we also have some classes and further tutorials that are completely optional to add to your routine.
New month, new content. You made it to month 3! Here is your new set of warm up, conditioning and cool down tutorials.
This month is all about finding your own flow. This means less structure and more exploration. We highly recommend that you revisit what you learned and explore how the movement lives within your body and what feels right for you. If you can, try to catch one of our live classes, as they are really helpful to get real-time feedback from our amazing instructor team. By now, you can even dare to try more advanced content. You got this!
Congratulations on completing your first 12 weeks! Take a moment to notice what changed from Day 1 up to today. Things that once felt impossible now feel natural; you are way more confident dancing in heels, and you have built a solid foundation. That’s your hard work paying off!
You’ve built awareness, habits, and a connection to your body that will continue to evolve with you. Progress doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from staying consistent, staying curious, and continuing to show up.
